The whole equipment adopts single window structure, which is composed of ultrasonic generator system,
ultrasonic welding unit, mobile structure and positioning fetal membrane;
It can complete the welding of different plastic products to meet the production needs of customers for different products.
Application fields:
-Ultrasonic full-automatic welding of automobile interior and exterior trim parts.
Main functions:
-The equipment shall be welded and the parts shall be taken and placed at the same time,
so as to shorten the working time. After each group is welded, blow air for cooling,
and weld the next group at the same time (3 waves in total).
-Maximize work efficiency and working time.
